24 Photoshop gradients made with PS CS. The first gradient in the set was made from colors of the costumes of the crew of Firefly. Some of the gradients were inspired by call_me_daisy's really marvelous tutorial (which, unfortunately, she had to take down through no fault of her own--I'm sorry it's no longer available) that suggests using partially black gradients to emphasize the colors and create depth. I found that it works marvelously and made the partially black gradients in this set as needed when I couldn't find just the right colors in my gradient collection. The tutorial suggests using an overlay, but I found that soft light works best for me.

The zip file contains both a grd. file and an image pack, so these can be used with all programs.
